Eomuk Guk with Tteok — Fish Cake Soup for Tteokbokki Night
By Tteokbokki Curator
Clear anchovy-kelp fish cake soup with tteok coins — the sip that resets heat between spicy tteokbokki bites.
TL;DR
Lazy-bubble stock, eomuk and tteok for 5 minutes, soy and scallion. Keep it clear, not cloudy. Pair with /recipes/classic-school-tteokbokki/, do not drown this broth in gochujang.
